Prioritize the development and maintenance of essential infrastructure and social amenities including roads, electricity, water, health facilities, and communication networks.
Promote Community Participation in Housing Delivery
Encourage active community participation, with a particular focus on empowering low-income groups, women, and youth in housing delivery and management.
Facilitate Access to Finance and Innovation for Housing
Facilitate access to financial resources, technological advancements, relevant information, and innovative solutions to empower citizens and residents to improve their housing conditions.
Coordinate and Collaborate with Relevant Stakeholders
Proactively coordinate and collaborate with state and local governments, civil society organizations, development partners, private sector entities, and research institutes.
Ensure Sustainable Management of Land and Natural Resources
Prioritize the sustainable management and utilization of land and other natural resources to support housing and urban development efforts.
