Our Mandate
Formulate and Implement Supportive Policies and Programs
Develop and implement policies and programs that foster the growth and competitiveness of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Niger State.
Facilitation of Access to Resources
Facilitate access to finance, markets, technology, infrastructure, and business development services for MSMEs and implement initiatives that enable MSMEs to scale up their operations.
Promote Entrepreneurship, Innovation, and Creativity
Promote entrepreneurship, innovation, and creativity among existing MSMEs and potential entrepreneurs, encouraging the development of innovative solutions.
Coordination and Harmonization
Coordinate and harmonize the activities of various stakeholders involved in MSME and vocational skills development by fostering collaboration among government agencies, industry associations, and educational institutions.
Establishment of Standards and Quality Assurance
Establish and maintain standards, quality assurance, and accreditation systems for vocational skills training and certification to ensure high-quality training.
Enhancement of Capacity and Relevance
Enhance the capacity and relevance of vocational skills providers and trainers by facilitating continuous professional development opportunities.
Fostering Linkages and Partnerships
Foster linkages and partnerships between MSMEs, vocational skills providers, educational institutions, industry associations, research institutes, and development partners.
