Niger State Governor, Farmer Mohammed Umaru Bago has paid a visit to Nigeria’s Former Military President, Gen. Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida at his uphill residence in Minna.

The Farmer Governor who had a closed-door discussion with the former Military President sought his wise counsel and fatherly advice.

He said his administration will continue to tap from the wealth of experience of the elder statesman for the overall benefit of the people.

Thereafter, Farmer Governor Umaru Bago inspected the ongoing construction and reconstruction of the three Arms Zone to ascertain the level of progress attained.

He also stopped over at the construction site of the IBB University Teaching Hospital Lapai where he commended the workers for being on their toes in carrying out their duty.

The Farmer Governor called on the youth to take advantage of the ongoing projects in the State to make legitimate money.
