NIGER STATE MINISTRY OF HEALTH : Still On The Health Sector Recruitment

The need to inject more man power is as a result of this administration’s identification of Health as one of the four priority areas that would receive greater attention, and then charged the responsible MDAs to quickly translate our vision into actionable roadmaps for repositioning this critical sector to serve the need of my citizens, Governor Sani Bello had earlier stressed.

To achive that, Mr. Governor approved the employment of more health professionals and workers in areas of ;
Medical Officers (MBBS)
Nurses (Nursing/Midwifery)
Pharmacists
Medical Laboratory Scientists
Health Information Management graduates
Radiographers
Physiotherapists
Dental Therapists
Medical Technician’s (Science Laboratory Technicians).

into the State Civil/Public Service to bridge that manpower gap in its secondary and tertiary health care facilities in the State.

All candidates, including those who have already registered with CSC, are encouraged to apply online by logging onto the Civil Service Commission (CSC) website : www.ngerstatecsc.org

Further information according to Dr.Chindo Ibrahim Bisallah relating to the planned recruitment and subsequent interviews will be communicated to candidates through SMS or CSC website.

Dr. Bisallah added that “shortlisted candidates will be expected to come to the interview venue with printouts of their online registration and original copies of their credentials”.
