Niger Governor, farmer Governor Mohammed Umaru Bago has commended members of his cabinet for doing wonderfully well in supporting his administration in the last one year.

The farmer Governor gave the commendation during a special State Executive Council meeting held at the Council Chamber of the Government House in Minna, the state capital.

While thanking God for granting him life, wisdom, direction, strength, and guidance since assumption of office in May 29, 2023, farmer Governor Umaru Bago described his team as the best, adding that their testimonies are clear for all to see.

“A team like you is second to none in Nigeria, so I want to happily congratulate you for the first quarter of a New Niger. I thank you all for what you’ve done in the last one year,” he said.

The farmer Governor also applauded the Civil Servants in the State for their trust in his administration and promised that he will not take it for granted.

The farmer Governor then called on his cabinet members to gear up for more work, to deliver more dividends of democracy to the people going forward, and cautioned them to work wisely and be mindful of their health.
