Governor Umaru Bago handed the Certificate of Occupancy (C of O) to Sahad Stores for its upcoming branch in Minna.
A few weeks earlier, Governor Bago had allocated free land in central Minna to five indigenous businesses, including Sahad Stores, 4U, Shagalinku, H-medix, and Shoprite.
Alhaji Ibrahim Mijinyawa, the owner and representative of Sahad Stores, received the C of O for the new branch planned in Minna.
The benefits for the people of Niger include:
1. Boost in economic activities. A thriving business environment can attract more investors and companies, creating a positive cycle of growth and development.
2. Job opportunities for youth and women include managers, salespersons, security guards, cleaners, etc.
3. Work for construction workers.
4. Convenience for Nigerlites, who won’t need to travel to Abuja for shipping in Sahad stores, particularly for wholesale purchases.
5. Increase in the state IGR.
